KAFTRIO (elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor) Tablets
Fruquintinib is indicated for adults with metastatic colorectal cancer who received prior fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, an anti-VEGF therapy, and, if RAS wild-type and medically appropriate, an anti-EGFR therapy.
Kaftrio tablets are indicated in a combination regimen with ivacaftor for the treatment of cystic
fibrosis (CF) in patients aged 6 years and older who have at least one F508del mutation in the cystic
fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene.
TRIKAFTA adds elexacaftor to tezacaftor and ivacaftor to target CFTR protein defects caused by the F508del mutation or another mutation responsive to TRIKAFTA. Together, the 3 components help responsive CFTR proteins function better.
