POTELIGEO (mogamulizumab-kpkc) injection
It is an intravenous prescription medication used to treat adults with two specific types of rare blood cancers that affect the skin: mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome. It is used when the disease has relapsed or has not responded to at least one prior systemic therapy.
POTELIGEO is a CC chemokine receptor type 4 (CCR4)- directed monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome after at least one prior systemic therapy
Mogamulizumab is indicated for the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome after at least one prior systemic therapy.
