Used for the treatment of postmenopausal women or adult men, with ERpositive, HER2-negative, ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer
ORSERDU is an estrogen receptor antagonist indicated for: treatment of postmenopausal women or adult men, with ERpositive, HER2-negative, ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer with disease progression following at least one line of endocrine therapy.
Elacestrant is used to treat certain types of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (breast cancer that depends on hormones such as estrogen to grow) in adults who have had disease progression following treatment with at least one other hormone therapies.
