IMJUDO (tremelimumab-actl) injection
Remelimumab-actl injection is used in combination with durvalumab to treat liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma or uHCC).
IMJUDO is a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) blocking antibody indicated in combination with durvalumab, for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Active ingredient: tremelimumab-actl Inactive ingredients: edetate disodium, histidine, L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate, polysorbate 80,
trehalose, and Water for Injection, USP.
Tremelimumab is indicated, in combination with durvalumab, for the treatment of adults with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab and platinum-based chemotherapy is indicated for the first-line treatment of adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with no sensitizing epidermal growth factor receptor mutations or anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive mutations.

IMJUDO (tremelimumab-actl) injection is a clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellow solution supplied in a carton containing one single-dose vial in the following concentrations:
• 25 mg/1.25 mL (20 mg/mL) (NDC 0310-4505-25)
• 00 mg/15 mL (20 mg/mL) (NDC 0310-4535-30)
Store in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) in original carton to protect from light. Do not freeze. Do not shake.
